As a small market research agency, Lab42, has certainly felt the impact of COVID-19 on our business: research projects paused or cancelled and an uncertain environment where consumers are acting in unpredictable and sometimes irrational ways.
This prompted us to post the question: What is the impact other companies in our industry or adjacent industries are feeling? We know that certain industries are suffering while others are benefiting, but what are other smaller agencies and consultancies going through?
The objective of this research was to leverage our own customers as well as other contacts who work in the research, advertising and consulting industries, as well as “end clients” (manufacturers, retailers, service providers etc.) to get a sense of how these businesses are coping during the crisis.
